Job description

Our Public Sector client based in Worcester is looking for a strong Administrator to support their Licensing Team. This is a temporary ongoing role, Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, paying £12.98 per hour. Some work may be required on weekends on a rota basis. Currently, the role is fully remote due to office renovations, but it will be hybrid working once the office reopens, with 60% of the week (three days) in the office and the rest home working.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Preparing license documents
  2. Data entry on tracker spreadsheets and databases
  3. Accurately inputting data and collating paperwork
  4. Assisting with routine administrative processes and procedures
  5. Preparing routine correspondence
  6. Communicating with internal and external stakeholders via email and telephone
Requirements:

  • Must be willing to undergo a DBS check and provide three years of references
