Job description

NTW Solutions Limited is seeking an Administration Officer to join our Estates department. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and support the smooth running of our Estates operations.

The salary for this role is £25,652. It is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, with working hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will provide essential administrative support to the Estates department, primarily based at Hopewood Park, Sunderland. Key responsibilities include answering and directing calls, logging jobs in the CAFM system, taking minutes at meetings, and managing and raising purchase orders using the Oracle system.
