Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:15 AM - 3:15 PM

Location: Salisbury
We are seeking an organised and efficient Administration Officer to join a busy school office from September 2025. This role will involve a mix of administrative support, front-of-house duties, and liaising with parents, staff, and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage admissions, attendance records, and maintain accurate pupil data.
Act as the first point of contact for visitors and telephone enquiries.
Prepare reports, minutes, and correspondence as required.
Organise staff cover, appointments, and assist with planning school trips.
Process payments, contributions, and manage office supplies.
Requirements:
Strong administration background with good IT skills (Microsoft Office).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent in English and Maths.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous school experience is desirable but not essential.
