Halton Borough Council and NHS partners are seeking a highly organised, motivated and professional Administrative Officer to support our new Experts at Hand Team, an ambitious and transformative service designed to strengthen inclusion, build capacity within mainstream settings and improve outcomes for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
As Administrative Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Experts at Hand Team, helping to ensure the efficient coordination and delivery of services across education, health and care partners. You will be responsible for arranging meetings and visits, maintaining records and databases, managing communications, preparing documentation and supporting the day-to-day running of the service.
We are looking for an individual with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, able to build positive relationships with colleagues, schools, families and partner organisations whilst maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards.
