Job summary

Halton Borough Council is looking for a Telehealth Care Response Officer to support vulnerable individuals via telehealth services. The role requires a full UK driving licence and strong communication with older people. You will join a dedicated team and contribute to delivering responsive community care.

Hours are provided as a combination of shifts, including weekends, with an emphasis on patient-centred care and effective teamwork within a local government setting.

Our Team:

The Telehealth Care Response Officer position at Halton Council involves working with vulnerable individuals to provide support and assistance through telehealth services.

Hours:

x3 33.6 hours

x1 22.4 hours

Your Contributions:

In addition you will have:

• A full UK driving license

• 3 GCSEs A-C or equivalent or alternatively 2 years’ experience of working within health or social care

• Approximately 2 year experience of working in a people centred environment.
• Experience of working alone or as part of a team

• Ability to effectively communicate, especially with older people, to have patience and be a good listener.
• Ability to organise and prioritise own work with minimum supervision and deal with unexpected events.

• Must be able to undertake a 7 day week shift rota including working out of hours and weekends
