An established industry player is seeking an Administrator for a 12-month fixed-term contract in their Asset Management team. This role, based in beautiful dock-side offices, involves providing essential administrative support, managing customer queries, and ensuring smooth operations. Salary £24,309.00 per annum (Real Living Wage)
What will you be doing in this role?
This role is part of our Asset Management team, who deliver a wide range of services to our customers including property repairs and compliance work such as gas and electrical safety.
You'll provide a wide range of admin support to the team. This includes dealing with customer and colleagues queries via phone and email, updating and managing our systems, running reports, booking appointments, processing invoices and providing support for meetings and events.
What we are looking for in you
Customer service skills are really important. You'll be confident and experienced in communicating with people, including over the phone and email and have fantastic organisational skills. Previous experience in an admin role would be great.
