A provider of facilities management is looking for an Administration Officer at Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth. This full-time role involves maintaining the Menumark system and providing administrative support. Candidates should have administration skills and NVQ Level 2/3 in Business Administration. Equans is looking for an Administration Officer to join our team at the Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth. This is a permanent, full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £24,780 per annum and benefits package.
This position is a Central FM admin function to support the ordering of supplies and the maintenance of Menumark.
The Maintenance of Menumark system and computer-based filing/information systems assisting with weekly price changes
Ensure delivery notes are receipted correctly, on the Menu Mark system for Soft FM department
Assist in meeting objectives by supporting the Soft FM office with any other duties that require administrative services
Centrally co-ordinate and support the activities of all within the contract and assist in achieving the integration of information and service in a customer focused environment
Support the Catering Team in the production Patient menus as and when required
Carry out monthly stock takes ensuring all information is supplied to the Directorate Accountant
Ensure the ordering of stock and non-stock items, including PPE is carried out for the Soft FM Department
Liaise with Finance Department, Supplies Department and outside customers
Assist with the accurate data entry on WFM to ensure staff records are current and correct
On offer is a salary of £24,780 per annum and benefits package, which includes;
Maths level C - (or equivalent)
English level C - (or equivalent)
NVQ in Business Administration Level 2/3
Ordering system (Menu Mark)
Understanding of Microsoft system software
Experience in a large organisation in an administration setting
Administration skills
Good Communication and customer care skills
This role includes a DBS Standard check therefore ability to pass is essential.
