A regional healthcare trust in Jarrow is seeking a full-time Administration Officer to support the clinical team with various administrative tasks. Applicants should possess NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration and have strong communication and organizational skills. This permanent position offers a salary between £24,937 to £26,598 per annum.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced admin candidates to join our busy administration team. We currently have a vacancy for a full time Band 3 Administration Officer. This is a very busy service and the successful post holder will be a member of the admin team to support the multi-disciplinary clinical team to provide a comprehensive, high quality administrative service at all times. The post holder must facilitate excellent customer service and be confident in dealing with service users face to face as well as on the telephone. You will undertake a variety of admin duties as assigned by the PWC/Administration Manager/Team Manager.
Role summary: The post holder will perform a range of clerical and administrative duties to support the clinical team and ensure efficient operation of the service.
