Job Title: Administration Officer
Location: Salisbury
Full-Time | Temporary to Permanent
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team in Salisbury, providing vital support to our business operations and the Senior Management Team. This is a varied and fast-paced role that plays a key part in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day administration and HR-related tasks.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to Directors and the Management Team
  • Coordinating general office administration and HR documentation for the Salisbury site
  • Handling recruitment admin, including liaising with agencies and onboarding new starters
  • Managing temp staff administration—timesheets, agency liaison, and invoice processing
  • Organising staff health screenings and supporting the appraisal process
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings
  • Assisting with litigation claims and insurance correspondence
  • Maintaining personnel files, vehicle records, and ensuring compliance with data protection
  • Generating purchase orders and managing office supplies, including negotiating with vendors
  • Providing cross-departmental admin support during leave or peak periods
  • Assisting with company projects and events
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
