Overview

The Limes College is seeking a highly organised and motivated Administration Officer to join our dedicated team. In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our operations across multiple sites. As an Administration Officer, you will provide essential support to senior leaders, staff, pupils, and help maintain efficient office functions. You will be involved in a wide variety of tasks including maintaining accurate records, supporting meetings, handling correspondence, coordinating information between sites, and being a reliable point of contact for staff, pupils, parents, and external organisations. The role will be very varied depending on day-to-day need of the school with the possibility of expanding it and the hours as we grow as a school.

Responsibilities
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise workload across different sites.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a busy, multi-site team.
  • Competence in using IT systems and the ability to learn school-specific software.
Hours & Salary

3-4 days per week flexible, term time plus INSET days

Salary: NJC 5 Scale point 11 £32,070 (Full Time Equivalent) Actual Salary: Depending on hours/days per week
