Job description

James Phillip Financial Recruitment are working with a great local Wealth Management firm looking to recruit an experienced Admin Manager.

As the Admin Manager you will:

Manage a team of administrators to ensure that a high level of support is always provided. You will also be responsible for the overall management of the back-office system for your team as well as producing client valuations. You will also be required to work with the Senior Management Team in helping to implement new policies and procedure as required.

- Daily management of the administration team, including training and work allocation.

- Daily management of the back-office system. You will also be required to be the main administrator for all provider software used by the administration department in your team.

- Ensuring client files (both electronic and paper) are kept up to date.

- Requesting information from insurance and investment companies, summarising the information in a succinct and accurate manner for the advisers to review.

- Preparing valuation and review packs for clients.

- Regularly updating clients on their requests or any work that is being undertaken on their behalf.

- Liaising with team managers on behalf of the Wealth Manager to ensure all their work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications Required - A good basic level of general education. Industry exams; FA1, FA2, R01 and CF1 are desirable.

Experience Required - Ideally at least 5 years' experience in a similar role and significant experience in back office and administration in an IFA practice.

Salary up to £46k plus benefits and bonus.
