Job summary

mbf is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead a Client Experience team of Paraplanners and IFA Administrators in a hybrid setting. You will coach and develop staff, ensure efficient operations and maintain high client service standards across communications and workflows.

The role combines people leadership with operational oversight, balancing SLAs, quality, and capacity while fostering a supportive, high-energy culture that values continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial planning/wealth or wider financial services environment, in a similar position.
• Proven experience leading or supervising a team.
• Strong understanding of workflows, SLAs and performance management.
• Excellent coaching, communication and organisational skills.
• Confidence using CRM and scheduling systems.
• Calm, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
• Ability to lead through change while keeping teams engaged and motivated.
• Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards) advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities
