A leading engineering services company is seeking an Administration Manager to oversee site operations in Bristol. This full-time role includes supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Candidates should possess considerable administrative experience and a HND in Business Administration. As an Administration Manager, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. The Administration Manager ensures smooth, safe, and compliant site operations under the PFI contract. The role oversees training delivery, staff supervision, and budget management, while driving continuous improvement, supporting commercial activity, and upholding quality and assurance standards. This role is full time working 37 hours per week and is based on site at Severn Park Fire & Rescue Centre, Bristol. It is a 52 Week Fixed Term Contract.
