Job title: Administration/Finance Assistant
Hours: part time – 2 days per week (flexible)
Pay rate: £13.00 per hour
Location: Highbridge, Somerset

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administration/Finance Assistant to support our office team with a variety of administrative and financial tasks. This is a part-time position, ideal for someone with previous experience in finance or office administration looking for a flexible role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting monthly stock figures into Excel spreadsheets
  • Cashbook processing and reconciliation
  • Managing credit control tasks
  • Assisting with purchase ledger invoice processing, including matching invoices to delivery notes
  • Reconciling credit card statements by matching receipts and processing entries
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or finance-related role
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and basic accounting processes
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Friendly and professional attitude
