Administration Executive, London, £30,000, Hybrid-Working, Architecture Firm, immediate Start!

Our client, an incredibly well-established Landscape Architecture Firm based in Central London, are looking to recruit a self-motivated, experienced Administrator to join their sociable team. Working on a hybrid-basis (3 days in the office / 2 days working from home). This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate. Our client specialise in designing extraordinary landscapes that leave a legacy for future, and work on commercial, residential and high-net worth client projects. Established for over 20 years, they boast 3 offices across the UK, with a fun team of 15 FTE in London. Due to their growth, they are now seeking the perfect candidate to offer administrative support to the London team.

Responsibilities
  • Handling inbound calls/emails from external clients (c/10-15 daily queries)
  • Compiling and preparing reports for the team
  • Organising travel for company Directors
  • Data entry (inputting essential information onto company CRM)
  • Ordering office supplies where necessary
  • Organising any maintenance work required
  • Working closely alongside other Administration team(s) (in separate offices) to ensure all client-facing staff are fully supported
Requirements
  • Experience of completing administrative tasks in an office environment
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work on own initiative / self-starter
