Overview

Solo Resource Recovery is a leading company in the waste management industry, providing services to councils, businesses, and residential areas throughout all of Australia. A family-owned business with over 90 years of experience, we pride ourselves on reliability and dedication to serving the community.

We are currently seeking a full-time Admin/Customer Service Officer to join our Administration/Customer Service team based at our depot in Edinburgh, SA. The successful applicant will be required for Monday to Friday work, with no weekend commitments. They should have a can-do attitude and be able to work in a team environment. This role involves aiding and supporting our customers on behalf of local councils as well as Solo Resource Recovery.

Responsibilities
  • Providing excellent customer service through strong customer engagement in a high-volume contact call centre environment
  • Providing information to customer enquiries promptly and courteously while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
  • Liaising with other departments and drivers to ensure services are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Navigating multiple systems and platforms
  • Undertaking a range of administration duties including responding to email correspondence and data entry
