Job summary

A leading multi-Family Office in London is seeking a Client Relationship Coordinator to manage client inquiries and onboarding processes. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to client management. The Role

A truly unique opportunity to join a multi-Family Office/investment manager whose core competency is implementing bespoke investment solutions for wealthy families, individuals, and institutional investors. This new, client-facing role offers a varied and interesting set of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Reporting to Client Relationship Manager
  2. Being the primary point of contact for client inquiries (face-to-face, telephone, email, etc.)
  3. Managing the full client onboarding lifecycle, including KYC/AML and platform integration (an established framework is in place, and full training will be provided)
  4. Preparing client materials and maintaining accurate records
  5. Coordinating client meetings and processing account documentation
  6. Assisting with client communications and resolving service requests
  7. Taking notes at client meetings
  8. Collaborating on operational tasks and assisting with ad-hoc projects
  9. Performing basic data manipulation in MS Excel
Successful Applicant
  1. A good level of academic achievement, such as a university degree, A-levels, GCSEs, etc.
  2. Competent with Excel (desirable)
  3. Previous experience in an office-based or corporate environment in a task-oriented role
  4. Excellent organization and time management skills
  5. Excellent communication skills—confident liaising with clients and senior leadership
  6. Proactive attitude towards task management and delivery
  7. Comfortable working in a regulated environment
