We have a full-time opportunity for an Administration Clerk to join the Work Health and Safety team based at Warwick Farm.

About the role :

  • Collaborating with our Work Health and Safety (WHS) Team you will provide essential administrative support to ensure compliance and eliminate risk.
  • Liaising with internal and external partners you will maintain accurate WHS records, bookings, and documentation.
  • You will be responsible for data entry into our WHS Management system, MS Office products, and develop internal communications using Canva.
  • You may also be called upon to assist with general office duties, including organisation of meetings, presentations, and schedules through Microsoft Teams.

About you :

  • This role will draw upon your strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • To be successful you will need efficient and accurate data entry and record management skills.
  • Strong computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word are a must-have.
  • Ideally, you will have high-level verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse group of people.
  • Any experience with a WHS management system would be an advantage.
