An opportunity has arisen within the Health Visiting service in South Ceredigion for a Clerical Officer.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to provide general and digital administrative support to the Health Visiting staff.
The post holder will be required to have excellent communication skills to sensitively handle telephone communication with patients and professionals. The role will involve undertaking all administrative processes associated with patient activity and the post holder must be aware of the highly confidential nature of the role.
To support the Health Visiting team with data entry for the electronic records system, and general administrative tasks such as answering telephone calls, taking messages, scanning and organising appointments and groups. The post holder may be required to work at various sites within Ceredigion and will need to have the ability to travel between sites in a timely manner.
