A health organization in North Wales is seeking a proactive administrative support professional to manage diary, meetings, and training programs. This role involves providing clerical support to the Practice Education Facilitator Team and adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic environment. The post holder will be required to operate efficiently and effectively, providing proactive administrative support with diary management, organisation of meetings, programmes, and events for all training needs across the Nursing and Midwifery Services. Specific tasks include inputting and maintaining the Oracle Learning Management System.
The post holder will be responsible for providing professional, efficient, accurate, and prompt administrative and clerical support to the Practice Education Facilitator Team.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
