Due to the Company’s continued success, we are looking to expand the Operations Administration Team in the Mansfield area and are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Administration Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career and become a valued member of the team. You should be positive and enthusiastic having the ability to provide the client with a premium service and the capability to work independently or within a team when required. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your career within the security and communications industry. You would be required to complete core business administration functions within the customer engagement and operations teams.

The role involves:
  • Logging new sales enquiries
  • Formatting and issuing quotes to customers on behalf of Key Account Managers
  • Processing orders and engineers’ timesheets
  • Improving the business conversion rate by supporting Key Account Managers and Designers with quotation follow up and accurately recording the outcomes
  • Completion of operation manuals and NSI/BAFE Certification and other project completion paperwork when required
  • Efficient management of the Company’s CRM software ensuring data is accurately recorded and up to date
  • Cross collaboration with all departments to ensure smooth coordination of business operations
  • Support and encourage the Company values, championing premium service delivery through business administration functions
Key experience / Qualifications:
  • Good IT skills and a familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
  • Have a passion for delivering premium customer service
  • Experience of using CRM software
  • Industry knowledge would be beneficial but not essential
Qualities required:
  • Have the ability to work individually or as part of a team
  • A Positive, self-motivated proactive individual
  • Ability to operate effectively under pressure and be able to meet deadlines
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

We will offer the following package:
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm (Permanent)
