A leading healthcare provider in Bradford is seeking an Administration Assistant (Radiology) to provide effective reception and administrative support. Key responsibilities include scheduling patient appointments and managing data entry. The ideal candidate should have relevant qualifications and experience in an administrative setting. This role offers a full-time position with weekly hours of 37.5.
The closing date is 05 October 2025. Shortlisting to take place following closing date: Commencing 6th October 2025. Interviews to take place: W/C 13th October 2025.
The post-holder will provide effective reception, administrative and clerical support duties across the directorate, on a regular rotational basis, between BRI main x-ray department (and including Maternity and Medical Physics) St. Luke's main x-ray department and Eccleshill Community Diagnostic Centre.
Please note this is a rotational post and will cover all aspects of Radiology once fully trained. The hours are 37.50 per week between Monday to Sunday / 0800 - 20.00.
The Imaging Directorate comprises Radiology departments in both BRI and SLH sites. There are approximately 40 admin staff providing admin, clerical and secretarial support, along with Radiologists, Radiographers, Nurses, Ultrasonographers and supporting staff.
