Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week Term Time Only (plus INSET Days)

Additional role info: 4.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday (22.5 hours per week). The preferred hours are 7.45-12.15. However, we are open to flexible working arrangements in conjunction with afternoon receptionist.

Provisional Start Date: October 2025 or sooner if possible.

  • Be committed to confidentiality, safeguarding, and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
  • Be flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic about working in a school setting.

  • Welcoming visitors, managing sign-in procedures, and ensuring safeguarding protocols are followed.
  • Answering telephone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Supporting students and staff with day-to-day administrative needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting with data entry and reporting.
  • Assisting with general office duties such as photocopying, filing, and ordering supplies.
