NHS Ayrshire and Arran is seeking an Administration Assistant for the Integrated Feeding Service Team at University Hospital Crosshouse. This fixed-term role until March 2026 requires a motivated individual with strong organizational skills and relevant administrative experience. Responsibilities include providing secretarial services and making independent decisions within the healthcare framework.

Position:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant based at Ayrshire Maternity Unity, University Hospital Crosshouse. This is a fixed-term post until 31st March 2026, with the hope of extending the contract.
What you will do:
Within the Integrated feeding service for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to undertake the role of Administrative Assistant within the Integrated Feeding Service Team.
Reporting to the Acting Lead Midwife, Maternal and Infant Nutrition, you will play a key role within the team providing a proactive secretarial and administrative service. This will include working across acute and primary health care services making independent decisions as to the appropriate action to be taken.
