A health service provider in Wales is seeking an Administration Assistant to join the Vaccination and Immunisation team. This role involves providing administrative support, being the first point of contact at the vaccination centre, and ensuring effective communication within a multidisciplinary team. The post holder will operate in a fast-paced environment that is part of a multi disciplinary team. You will be the first point of contact for the service onsite at a vaccination centre and provide administrative support to the wider team.
The successful post holder will be required to have customer service experience and must be IT literate with the ability to learn new systems and software packages quickly. It's essential the appointee will be able to organise and plan workload to meet the needs of the service, prioritising where appropriate.
