Are you an organised and proactive individual looking to take the next step in your support career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious global investment firm, based in the heart of Birmingham.

We’re hiring a Team Assistant to support senior-level professionals (VP and Associate level) in a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll collaborate with assistants and colleagues across global offices, playing a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role – such as Team Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Coordinator
  • Confident in managing complex diaries, travel arrangements, and logistics
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, professional attitude
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, client-focused setting
Key responsibilities:
  • Managing calendars, coordinating meetings and international conference calls across multiple time zones
  • Organising global, multi-stop travel and preparing detailed itineraries
  • Handling visa applications and travel documentation
  • Processing monthly expense claims
  • Working collaboratively with other assistants and providing support where needed
What’s on offer:
  • 6-month contract to start, with potential to extend to 12–18 months based on performance
  • Office-based role – 5 days per week
  • A high-performing and supportive team that values precision and initiative
  • £16.00–£18.00 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay
