We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Administration Assistant (College Services Assistant) to join our friendly and supportive College Services Team – the hub of the College. This is a varied and busy role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role includes working on reception, providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact for students, staff and visitors. The successful applicant will be organised, calm and flexible, with the ability to use their initiative to manage competing priorities in a busy environment. They will work closely with staff, governors, students, parents, carers and external agencies, and must be able to work as part of a team while also managing their own workload. A high level of confidentiality, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. A good working knowledge of Microsoft applications – specifically Outlook, Word and Excel – is required.
