Job Responsibility:

The Willows are looking for someone proactive, passionate, and ambitious to support us in maintaining the best person-centred environment for our residents.

You will be a positive team player able to multi-task and feel comfortable in a busy customer-focused role.

12 months in a similar role or a good understanding of the care sector is preferred.

Duties include:

  • Accurate message taking and liaison with all departments within the home.
  • Providing excellent customer liaison over the phone, face to face, and in writing to residents, professionals, colleagues, and family members.
  • Maintaining and implementing the organisation's administrative policies and procedures and updating these as necessary.
  • Providing full administrative support to the home and home manager, including photocopying, filing, and maintaining records. Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Liaising with suppliers on occasion.

Working days are Wednesday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with a one-hour lunch break. The role reports to the Care Home Manager or Office Manager.

Job Type: Part-time, £11.45-£11.46 per hour, 21 hours per week.
