Salary: £15,704–£20,800 (Age Dependant)

The Role…

What you will be doing …
· Respond to customer and school enquiries by phone, email, and CRM
· Support the smooth running of the customer service function by logging and escalating issues as needed
· Maintain accurate records and data entry in line with GDPR regulations
· Use our CRM & business management system to track interactions and support team workflows
· Support wider function such as finance, HR and marketing with data input
· Provide daily administrative support to the operations, sales, and delivery teams
· Support meeting bookings, event coordination, travel arrangements and diary management
· Assist with reporting, filing, documentation and other admin tasks as required
· Help ensure our office runs smoothly day-to-day with ad hoc support as needed

Essential
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Highly organised and detail-oriented
· Strong customer service mindset
· Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Experience using CRM systems (training provided if needed)
Desirable
· Experience using HubSpot
· Background in primary education or childcare
· Previous experience in a busy office or customer service environment
