Job Summary

Kiwa IFC Certification is looking for an Administration Assistant to join their team for a 6 Month Contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a busy and friendly team with a variety of administrative tasks, mainly supporting with transferring, entering and verifying data in our project management system.

About The Role

  • Transferring documents from the old to the new system
  • Processing of expenses actions to recharge the client
  • Data entry into the system
  • Setting up folders for each client in the database
  • Creating new tasks in the system, and closing old projects
  • Customer service support and answering incoming calls
  • Other adhoc administration tasks

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience with data entry and general administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using IT systems
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Strong time management skills

The closing date for this role is 8am, Monday 18th August.
