Overview

Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore HTFT would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is a good team player to undertake administrative /reception duties. You will be working in the main Humber Mental Health Care Home team office, handling calls and dealing with queries, so we are looking for someone with good communication skills. Processing referrals, use of the patient administration system and non-complex note taking is also part of this role.

Responsibilities
  • Handle calls and respond to queries as part of the main Humber Mental Health Care Home team office.
  • Process referrals and use the patient administration system.
  • Conduct non-complex note taking and general administrative duties.
Qualifications
  • Good keyboard / PC skills and previous experience carrying out general administrative procedures within an office environment.
  • Experience with software packages including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and System One is preferred.
