Hybrid Working: 3 Days Office / 2 Days Home
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (37.5 hrs/week)

What You'll Be Doing
As a
Claims Support Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our claims handlers and ensuring the smooth progression of customer claims. No two days are the same!
- Be the friendly first point of contact—answering and directing inbound calls and emails
- Follow up with customers for required documents (e.g. vehicle damage images)
- Support the claims team with investigations (e.g. contacting witnesses, sending statements)
- Liaise with partner companies and process regular updates
- Manage inboxes and update case files accordingly
- Submit and follow up on insurance invoices, with accuracy checks
- Chase outstanding payments from insurers professionally via phone and email

- Excellent phone manner and a strong commitment to customer service
- Confident communication skills, both verbal and written
- Tech-savvy: comfortable navigating systems and handling data
- A team player with a proactive, ‘can-do' attitude
- Keen eye for detail and ability to spot and correct errors
