They should have the ability to use their own initiative and a proven track record of providing high-level support to staff, working independently to complete targets effectively and on time.
Responsibilities include providing high-quality administrative support to the Integrated Health Team, Professional Leads, and Locality Manager. The role also involves supervising junior staff members in conjunction with Professional Leads.
