What will you do? Make an impact!

You will support the smooth running of our SAP and procurement processes by managing purchase orders and communicating with suppliers and customers. You will also assist in coordinating bin lorry schedules to ensure efficient service and positive customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage end-to-end SAP processes including purchase orders, supplier/customer setup, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee BACS/card payments, accruals, and payroll submissions in line with month-end timelines.
  • Ensure timely, cost-effective procurement to support operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and improve bin lorry schedules to ensure reliable customer service.
  • Handle service queries, billing data, and support pricing reviews and business development opportunities.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally across all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of managing multiple systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and methodical approach to work.
