A healthcare organization is seeking an Administration Assistant to join the Extended Community Care Team in Helensburgh. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills and have a good educational background with relevant experience. Knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous, although training is available. This role requires a self-motivated individual capable of working independently.

An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join the Extended Community Care Team in the Jeanie Deans Centre, Helensburgh.
We are looking for a self-motivated person with excellent communication and administrative skills to join the team.
You will have a good educational background with proven work experience in a similar role and have excellent keyboard skills.
You should have typing skills to the equivalent of ECDL/SVQ2.
A knowledge of medical terminology is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
You will have a calm and pleasant manner, be well organised and able to work on your own initiative.
