Working with an ASX business located in South Melbourne, we are looking for an administration officer to join the team. This role would suit someone who enjoys working onsite 5 days and is looking to learn and grow their skillset. The right candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in an administration role.
The role :
Working closely with the Executive Assistant this role will entail :
Document control
Meeting minutes
Purchase orders
Staff expenses
Stock ordering for the office
Ad-hoc administration for the leadership team and the Executive Assistant
The successful candidate :
Will have at least 2-3 years prior experience in an office based administration role
Have clear communication, both written and verbal
Be quick to pick up new systems and technologies
Be highly organised
Will be able to work full time from the office
The finer details :
Office is located in South Melbourne working 5 days in the office
Candidate must have their own vehicle and drivers licence
Candidate must have a passport
Salary of $70,000 - $80,000 + super depending on experience
