Administration Assistant
based in Claygate

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrator to support customer account operations and provide administrative assistance to the wider team. This role is perfect for someone organised, accurate, and confident working with Excel to produce reports and support the Commercial Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and set up new customer accounts in internal systems and websites
  • Verify customer information and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate
  • Maintain and update customer records as needed
  • Assist the customer service team by answering calls and emails
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing and scanning
  • Prepare reports in Excel, using functions such as VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
  • Support the Commercial Manager with data analysis, reporting, and other administrative tasks
  • Provide additional clerical support to the team as required
Requirements
  • Previous experience in administration or office support
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy,
