You will join a collaborative and supportive team based in ourBridgewater,Tasmania office. Reporting into the Operations Support Manager, you will work in conjunction with the wider team to provide administrative support on a wide range of tasks including but not limited to: -

  • Data Entry into various systems
  • Accurate Reporting
  • Managing Training Records and requirements

Do you have?

  • Minimum 2 years working in administration
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Power-point and Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage and prioritise workload, whilst working cohesively with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Excellent, high level customer services with a disciplined approach to achieving challenging deadlines.
