A Welsh health board is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide effective administrative services for the Acute Inpatients Team. The role involves data management, ensuring data accuracy, and filing patient correspondence. Candidates with experience in an office environment and familiarity with NHS systems are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Welsh at Level 3 is an advantage.
The Administrative Assistant will provide effective administrative service to aid the efficient running of the Acute Inpatients Team.
As well as administrative tasks the postholder will collect and input statistical information required by Welsh Government and copy/audio type reports/letters are required by the team.
English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Welsh Skills Desirable: This post is advertised as Welsh Desirable. This doesn’t mean essential; whilst the candidate doesn’t need to have skills in Welsh, we’ll consider it an advantage when short-listing and selecting candidates. This isn’t 'fluency', just Speaking & Listening skills at Level 3 (equivalent to CEFR B2) or above. Level 3 means basic conversations with patients about their everyday health.
