A healthcare service provider in Blackpool is seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to manage various administrative tasks supporting NHS Health Checks. Ideal candidates will have strong organisational skills and a background in administration, ideally within a healthcare environment. This part-time position offers £12.45 per hour for 15-20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling available.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistantto join our team. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks that supportour daily operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of the service.
Hours: Part Time (15-20 hours per week)
Pay: £12.45 per hour
Schedule: Wednesday-Friday (shift patternnegotiable but altered/additional days may be required initially to fulfiltraining)
To work as part of a team providing a full administrativeservice to ensure the smooth operation of community-based clinics deliveringNHS Health Checks, as commissioned by Lancashire County Council.
This will involve dealing with clinic creation, patientappointment bookings and general queries, tracking patients through the system,stock taking and ordering of consumables and other relevant duties as requestedby the NHS Health Checks Manager.
