Administration Assistant
Location: Baldock
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time

Administration Assistant - About our client:
Our client is a small, busy office providing Membership Administration services to a variety of organisations. Their friendly and collaborative team manages a range of customer-focused tasks, ensuring excellent service delivery.

Administration Assistant - Job Details:

  1. Full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  2. Office-based, working hours between 9 am and 5 pm (35 hours per week)
  3. Holiday entitlement: 22 days plus Bank Holidays
  4. £12.21 per hour

Administration Assistant - Responsibilities:

  1. Handling membership administration, including new member applications, subscription renewals, and payment processing
  2. Preparing letters and despatching mailings
  3. Responding to telephone and email enquiries from the general public
  4. Managing post and other general office duties
  5. Maintaining membership records using Microsoft CRM
  6. Assisting with the promotion of seminars and conferences
  7. Attending and supporting the organisation's Annual Event in London (may require overnight stay)

Administration Assistant - What We're Looking For:

  1. Organised, methodical, and detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
  2. Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
  3. Proficiency in IT, particularly CRM software (previous experience is advantageous)
  4. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
  5. Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic work ethic
  6. Previous experience in an office environment is desirable
