  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00, with 1 day study leave

Sodexo is proud to be a Top 100 Apprenticeship Employer. We are offering an exciting opportunity to join us as an Administrator Apprentice within the Operations and HR Services Division at Wythenshawe Hospital.

What the apprenticeship offers:

  • Exposure to a broad range of mechanical and electrical maintenance activities
  • A hands-on vocational apprenticeship, attending college one day per week

Key responsibilities:

  • Welcoming patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Handling incoming phone calls and directing them appropriately
  • Managing email communications efficiently and accurately
  • Preparing, formatting, and distributing reports
  • Supporting operational and HR-related tasks as needed
  • Providing essential administrative support to the wider team

What you need to bring:

  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • No prior experience or qualifications required; functional skills tests in maths and English may be needed if not already obtained
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
