# Administration and Training Coordinator (Fixed Term)UUniversity of CambridgeCB2 1TNvia University of CambridgePosted 4 Sep 2026Apply on cam.ac.uk →The Administration and Training Coordinator will be based in the Cambridge Stem Cell Institute (CSCI) and will support the Project/Grant Manager to deliver administration and training activities for the recently awarded UK National Hub (£25M) held in the CSCI.The UK Hub for Predictive and AI-Enabled Human Disease Models is a UK national research initiative funded by UKRI, which will translate academic New Approach Methodologies (NAMs) into validated, industry-ready systems. Administration and training are core operational functions across the Hub which will join forces with existing administration and training structures to provide a comprehensive support to CSCI.The purpose of the role is to provide high quality administrative to the Hub providing support to the Senior Leadership team and the Senior Programme Manager. Delivery of these objectives will come by providing a high-quality, proactive and effective support service. The post will also support the admissions processes and course(s) support systems within the Cambridge Stem Cell Institute (CSCI) and Hub in order to provide an efficient admissions experience for prospective students, key support for current students and organise the course schedule and two annual student events.We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administration and Training Coordinator to play a central support role in the delivery and development of our ambitious Hub programme. They will also provide essential administrative support for the Hub's apprenticeship programmes, ensuring the efficient coordination, monitoring, and delivery of apprenticeship-related processes and activities. The successful candidate will have previous administration skills or related relevant administrative support experience. An understanding of the biomedical research in the Higher Education sector would also be helpful.
