Job description

  • Team Administrative Assistant
  • Fully on-site role near Battersea, South West London
  • Salary circa. £30,000 p.a.
  • Fantastic, supportive team within a boutique property firm
  • Strong administration skills needed, along with experience of / interest in marketing and social media
  • 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday + max. 1 Saturday per month

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, supportive team and provide assistance with a broad range of administration and marketing tasks.

Day to day you will:

  • Work closely with the team to support day-to-day office operations, including taking responsibility for office supplies management
  • Manage internal and external correspondence (phone calls, emails, letters, etc.)
  • Upload information to the website, ensuring all details are accurate
  • Update and maintain client records
  • Liaise with photographers for product shoots
  • Create and maintain marketing brochures and other promotional materials
  • Run social media accounts, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks as needed
