VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Mortgage Admin for a leading Mortgage Advisor company.

This is a Permanent position - Monday - Friday - Position of work can be Bangor or Newtownabbey

Negotiable + Fantastic Benefits package & Progression

Responsibilities:

  • Mortgage and protection business processing and submissions.
  • Mortgage lender and protection provider calls to progress applications.
  • Dealing with general customer queries.
  • Answering inbound customer calls.
  • Meeting daily activity targets.
  • Working within a team to take on administrative duties.
  • Dealing with estate agents, solicitors, valuers and mortgage lenders.

The Ideal Person:

Criteria:

  • 1 years' experience in an administrative role ideally in a financial services role.

Desired skills:

  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to understand complex information clearly.
  • Work well within a team.
  • Natural eye for detail.
