A major healthcare provider in Scotland is looking for a highly organised Admin / Waiting List Manager to join their team. The role involves managing various administrative teams, ensuring efficient operations and data management. Candidates should have extensive experience in administrative roles, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. This is a fixed-term position for 12 months offering 37 hours per week.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as an Admin / Waiting List Manager within the Older People and Stroke Directorate. This role involves managing the Directorate PA team and the Speech and Language Therapy Admin Team, Older People and Stroke Admin team, ensuring efficient and effective administrative support across the department. We require someone who is adaptable and able to prioritise and reprioritise tasks throughout the day to meet the demands of the department.
