Overview

Job Title: Admin Team Leader (Court of Protection Administration Team)

Location: Walker House, Exchange Flags, Liverpool

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

Role Overview

As the COP Admin Team Leader, you will report directly to the Head of Department and take ownership of the team's processes and performance. You will supervise daily activities, provide coaching and guidance, monitor workloads, and ensure efficient and effective work practices across the team. You will play a key role in staff development, promoting adherence to departmental procedures and company culture, and maintaining high levels of morale and team engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support the team on a day-to-day basis, providing coaching, guidance, and performance monitoring.
  • Allocate tasks effectively and ensure workloads are balanced.
  • Ensure compliance with departmental and company-wide procedures.
  • Promote a culture of quality, cooperation, and cross-department collaboration.
  • Support career development for team members, implementing agreed objectives.
  • Lead by example to maintain high team morale and loyalty.
  • Assist in recruitment, training, and staff development initiatives as required.
