A leading local authority in Leicestershire is seeking an Admin Team Leader for an interim role lasting approximately 9 months. You will assist in managing and coordinating a comprehensive business support service, ensuring high-quality customer service across various sites. This full-time position offers a dynamic working environment with responsibilities including overseeing administrative tasks and leading team performance.
Admin Team Leader Required
Hybrid with travel to sites in Leicester ,Hinckley, Wigston, Meltonon an ad-hoc basis| Interim for approx 9 months| Full-time (37 hours per week)
About the Role
We’re looking for anAdmin Team Leader to join a local authority in Leicestershire to assist in the management, coordination, and development of a comprehensive business support service across Direct Services, Adults & Communities sites maintaining a high-quality responsive customer service
Key Responsibilities
To assist their managers in the co-ordination and management of all administrative and technical workloads
Ensure that all systems and records are accurately maintained and managed
To work with their managers on the recruitment, selection and induction of staff
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
Administrative team leader/management experience
Able to travel between sites when needed
Customer service experience
