Main duties of the job: You will lead a team of administrators who are focused on supporting clinical staff facilitating the transfer of care from the acute hospital to community services and beyond. Data coordination, continuous improvement, and multitasking are areas of work that are critical to success, and you will be confident of your skills in these areas.
