We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, compassionate, flexible and well-motivated Admin Team Lead to provide necessary administrative support, enabling the efficient and effective functioning of the ever-expanding Talking Therapies service.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to use your skills and experience to be responsible for supporting and working alongside an experienced team.
This is a varied role, providing a comprehensive administrative service to our leadership team, therapy colleagues and patients on our waitlist. The post holder will be required to manage and prioritise their day-to-day workload and use their initiative, without direct supervision. This will require excellent organisational skills, the ability to work to deadlines, a proactive attitude in solving problems and queries with frequent interruptions. You will be supporting the admin team and wider team on a daily basis. The post holder will need to be calm and patient, demonstrating a caring and sensitive approach to their work, together with an understanding of confidentiality and information governance, you will have excellent communication skills to deal with sometimes complex and difficult issues.
